How do you pick the best groceries?

Slightly off from the thread, but I thought I'd share
 
Just a few days ago I came across a site called smart shopping site.
 
They share great tips like:
- how to read product ingredients,
- checking expiration dates properly,
- not overpaying just for brand names.
 
Even experienced buyers could learn a few things.
